NEXUS Before submitting an application to Nexus Freight, please read and accept the company rules. After confirming your acceptance, you will be redirected to the recruitment form.
§1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Nexus Freight is an unofficial virtual trucking company for the Euro Truck Simulator 2 community.
- By joining or applying to Nexus Freight, you accept these rules.
- These rules apply to Drivers, Trial Drivers, Staff Members and the Owner.
- Management may update the rules and announce changes through Discord or the company website.
§2. CONDUCT AND RESPECT
- Treat all members, players, staff and communities with respect.
- Insults, harassment, threats, discrimination, hate speech, spam and intentionally causing conflicts are prohibited.
- Do not post NSFW, illegal, graphic or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Resolve disputes calmly and contact Management if necessary.
- Do not impersonate members, staff, companies or platform administrators.
§3. DRIVING RULES
- Drive safely, realistically and respectfully.
- When using TruckersMP, follow its current rules and staff instructions.
- Intentional collisions, ramming, road blocking, wrong-way driving, disrupting others and exploiting bugs are prohibited.
- During convoys, follow the route, formation, speed and instructions from the Convoy Pilot or Event Organizer.
- If you lose a convoy, do not break rules to catch up; drive safely or contact the organizer.
§4. DISCORD, TRUCKSBOOK AND ACTIVITY
- Use Discord channels according to their purpose and keep communication respectful.
- Drivers should use TrucksBook and record company activity as requested by Management.
- Faking kilometres, using unfair methods to increase statistics or submitting false reports is prohibited.
- Please inform Management about longer periods of inactivity.
§5. PENALTIES
- Management may issue warnings, restrict access, suspend or remove a member for breaking the rules.
- Serious violations may result in immediate removal from Nexus Freight.
- By continuing to the application, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.
